From Interstate 24 Get off of I-24 at Tennessee Exit 4 (Clarksville) and proceed South (towards the mall and Clarksville) on Hwy. 79 (a/k/a Wilma Rudolph Blvd.) 5.6 miles +/- to where Hwy. 79 South splits with Hwy. 48 South. (Actually, you continue going straight at this point but the road changes names). Proceed straight on Hwy. 48 South 1.1 miles further and turn left at Hwy. 41-A South (a/k/a University Avenue). At this point, you have traveled 6.7 miles +/- from Exit 4 off I-24 and you should be directly in front of Austin Peay State University and an unusual set of traffic lights at the Hwy. 48 South/Hwy. 41-A South split. Go two blocks on Hwy. 41-A South to Franklin Street. Turn right on Franklin Street. The office is 2/10th of a mile up on the right. The Office, 331 Franklin Street, is in a white building with a black iron fence out front. {See Photo Above}. From Ft. Campbell Military Base From Gate 1 at Ft. Campbell, turn right onto Hwy. 41-A South (a/k/a Ft. Campbell Blvd.). Stay on Hwy. 41-A South 6.8 miles until you come to the point where Hwy. 41-A crosses Hwy. 79 (a/k/a Riverside Drive, a/k/a Kraft Street). You will know you are at the intersection of Ft. Campbell Blvd. and Riverside Drive when you see a McDonald's, a Shoney's and a Taco Bell on the various corners of the intersection. Keep going straight on Hwy. 41-A South (which is now called North Second Street). Proceed on North Second Street, (and stay on North Second Street), for one mile +/- and turn left on Franklin Street. If construction blocks the turn, proceed around the courthouse and turn right on Franklin Street off of South Third Street. Either way, the office, 331 Franklin Street, is about 1/10th to 2/10th of a mile down on the left. The office, a white building, has a black iron fence in front of it. {See Photo Above}. From Dover, Tennessee Come up Hwy. 79/76 to where it merges with Hwy. 41-A South (a/k/a Ft. Campbell Blvd.). Come 1.8 miles to the point where Ft. Campbell Blvd. crosses Riverside Drive (a/k/a Kraft Street). You will know you are at the Ft. Campbell Blvd./Riverside Drive intersection by seeing a McDonald's, a Shoney's and a Taco Bell on the intersecting corners of the road. From Erin or Dickson, Tennessee Come up Hwy. 13 to the Hwy. 41-A Bypass North at Clarksville and turn left onto the Bypass (a/k/a Ashland City Road, a/k/a Riverside Drive). Proceed on the Bypass 1.2 miles until you reach Commerce Street on your right. Turn right on Commerce Street and then turn left onto Third Street. Go up Third Street to Franklin Street and turn right onto Franklin Street. The office, 331 Franklin Street, is a white building 1/10th of a mile up on the left. {See Photo Above}. From Ashland City, Tennessee Take Hwy. 12 to Clarksville and turn left onto the Hwy. 41-A Bypass North (a/k/a Ashland City Road, a/k/a Riverside Drive). From there, stay on this road 5.8 miles until you reach Commerce Street on your right. Turn right on Commerce Street and then turn left onto Third Street.
