Gregory D. Smith acted as lead civilian counsel in a military courts-martial before a “panel” (the military version of a jury). He also won at the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals (just outside of Washington, D.C.). Mr. Smith regularly appears before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky at Fort Campbell.
